The Basics on Yours Truly
The Not-So-Secret Ingredient:
With a wide range of interests, I define myself as a Technologist by education, designer at heart, and entrepreneur in spirit. Cooking allows my creativity to flow - be it trying new recipes like mushroom stroganoff or chicken fricassee that make your taste buds beg for second helpings. I explore that sweet spot where technology and business can solve real human needs and problems (and taste great while doing it!). Venturing beyond limits has shown me that once on the other side of fear lies growth. Pushing past fear, I survived the world’s highest bungee jump from Macau Tower at a jaw-dropping 233 meters high. Through traveling and seeking new challenges, I continue to move through discomfort to growth.

My outlook has been indelibly shaped by the philosophy of experiential learning, as advocated by John Dewey. He inspires in me an insatiable curiosity. With an ever-curious mind, I am an avid reader and lifelong learner. I soak up skills and knowledge like a sponge. For all my technical skills and community participation though, I still haven't mastered that pesky art of tying a tie knot! I watched a YouTube tutorial and still ended up with a tangled mess around my neck. I’m not afraid to laugh at myself! But isn't that what makes life interesting - that there's always more to learn and do. Our imperfections make the journey sweeter. I aim for excellence rather than perfection, leveraging my passion for learning to infuse technology, business, and a dash of creativity to concoct solutions that enrich people’s lives? The possibilities leave me restless with excitement.

And if I haven't enticed you enough with stroganoff and high-flying adventures, stick around to see what else I come up with. After all, learning to tie ties may still be on the horizon!
